Parsa Citi

Pixarch provided all real estate design marketing solutions under one roof to Parsa Citi, which included 3D video walkthrough, 3D floor plans, website design and development, and visual designs. Also, 9 types of TV commercials and outdoor/indoor media campaigns were created.

From logo designing to complete stationery designing, including online website banner advertisement, Pixarch delivered complete solutions to Parsa Citi. This can be seen in their testimonial as well.

The production technique of ‘Chroma Shoot’ was used to create photorealistic views of the project by combing real people with 3D walkthrough. The Chroma technique is a technique dynamically used in moviemaking. In the Chroma technique live action footage is merged with 3D graphics to produce work that is economical, yet effective and of high quality.

Hrensko

Hrensko is a project in which I tried to show the modern Design into a nature park to show the connection between architecture and nature.
the project designed in a way to show how amazing can be when a design also respect to nature without ruining any part of that so I decided to make the spaces in a way that no one can stay very long there but only for a weekend when different couples can go there and can have a romantic experience in a nice environment.

West Chelsea Apartment
The West Chelsea Apartment in New York located in the 3rd floor of a 1910 building. I decided to recreate this project in full CG.
This is a previous project of mine and I decided to give it a go and bring it to Unreal. Well, there are still a lot to learn in UE4. First ever animation in Unreal from me.

Steel House

Steel House, it’s our Personal project , we used Forest Pack from Itoo software to scatter some trees behind and also the grass in the foreground, for the lighting i used HDRI Haven combined with the V-Ray Sun, and then the modeling it self we used the Sweep Modifier to create the steel structures, and use the basic polygonal modeling for the others detail model. people model from Anima AXYZ.
