Epic Residence
Epic Residence is a 21-storey serviced apartment built on a 2.3-acre site in the thriving township of Bukit Puchong, Selangor. The exclusive and low-density project offers 300 units in two blocks. Our entry got the Grand Prize.

This project was designed by another consultant. The client was not happy with the old design, ask me to develop without changing the layout as the construction finished until the 7th floor.

I did the design of this project on a crisp Maxi interior and rendered it in Weir using Forrest software and used Substrate Pinter and Adonis Pinter and pbr material.
