Exterior visualization of a modern and aesthetic public library

A place of books in the midst of nature and modern design:
This stately and geometrical building is not only exciting to look at, it is also played about by three elements – air, earth, and water accentuate the interesting architecture which, along with the lush-green plant beds, the trees and the modernly designed water basins, creates a harmonious overall impression. The warm chandeliers inside generate a pleasant contrast to the futuristic exterior.
With our architecture visualization we have not only created a 3d-visualization of a public library, but also a photorealistic environment for a building that doesn’t even exist – yet? 😏

OKC Henrietta B. Foster Center

This week, we want to show you some old images from the Innovation District project, made for one of our regular clients Perkins & Will. The essence of the project is to renovate important social, cultural, and historical places in Oklahoma City, places that are significant for the local African-American community.

One of these places is the Henrietta B. Foster Center, which, according to the idea of our client, will be transformed into a Minority Small Business and Entrepreneurship Center.

The interior itself restores the historic mid-20th Century architecture of the building, with some small contemporary touches. In terms of visualizations, it is a great example of working with light. Notice how photorealistic and stunning the light and shadow are in such details as the bright light coming through the windows of the room. In addition, other demonstrations of photorealism are in the perfectly-chosen textures and materials.

Exterior visualization of a promising building project

Soon, people in Murnau will live and work in an entirely new, tasteful, and sustainable environment: the new building project “Murnau living” offers modern design, commercial realestate and private apartments, and a smart and ecological energy concept on top. Our task was to visualize the elegant architecture and design the prospective future of the very lucky residents in a photorealistic way.
Using the ideal light setting and 3d-technology we have created visualizations that depict the building in various and hyper realistic atmospheres. This provokes emotions of the observer and offers them an unforgettable experience of the architecture on multiple levels.

Customer: VISPIRON
Implementation time of the project (12 pictures): 58 days

A dream come true.

I was working on a client’s project… analyzing the physical space of the flat… not too big, not too small…
Immediately I remembered when my 5 year old daughter asked me: “Daddy, can we have a horse? We can put him here in the living room, we have enough space”… of course we laughed a lot… it would be surreal
But since in CGI everything is possible, I thought… why not? I went back once again in time and I remembered the work of the D-Box by Keith Bomely in his work for Macklowe Properties’ 200 East 59, my God… how far can we go in imagination?

OK !!… I thought!!!!
If the D-Box can, so I can as well !!!! (we all laugh in fear of a lawsuit but we move on)

So this is the result of the fertile mind of my dear daughter, now 17 years old and also heading towards the world of computer graphics.
A simple tribute to fantasy and crazy ideas, as well as a tribute to the great D-Box, reference for many 3d artists today.
