A River Front Project surronded by very posh localities in one of the most expensive residential area of the city.
On a deadline of 10 days. We came up with these renders, hopefully you guys will like it.

Relax in the spa or meditate in the tranquillity of the yoga pavilion. Play beach volleyball or work out at the beach gym; enjoy watersports from kayaking, windsurfing and topcat sailing to snorkelling or a fun pedalo ride. And underwater enthusiasts can explore the best sites for enthralling dives or boat excursions to track down the impressive tropical fish.
Doon Street
A view at dusk of Doon Street & the famous landmarks of the London skyline. Initially a commissioned project, this image was created when re-visiting the project after completion to further explore new moods and compositions.
NoRI House
I cant help it, I love glass houses. This is another one in my portfolio.
Workflow was pretty standard and straight forward. It was modeled in 3dsMax, rendered in Vray, with very little post work in Photoshop. I used Forest pack for gravel, living room carpet and of course forest.

The project is set to become another compelling landmark in the city of Dubai.The towers serve as a perfect complement to the thriving world-class lifestyle in Downtown Dubai, and will be linked directly to the Dubai Metro and The Dubai Mall via the air-conditioned travelator.
