Food Pavilion

This image was a result of an architect who fully trusted his visualisation artist. The architect was pleased with the art direction from the beginning and in the end no time was wasted on amending a large amount of comments. Instead some time was spend on the last details and finesse of the images. An overly happy architect with an overly happy client. Win/win.

The Laurel

Luxury apartment with a panoramic view of the city of Philadelphia. The apartment overlooks the iconic towers of Philadelphia, PA, USA. The Virtual Experiences team at Designblendz had to request drone photography from the exact location where the tower will be constructed. The team also worked with internal Interior Designer to stage the scenes with furniture, materials, and decors. This project was completed using GPU-based rendering engine, Octane Renderer.

Newberg Residence

The design attempts to make the pond and residence a single entity in which the owners can enjoy and connect with the wild creatures that come to the water on both regular and varied schedules. To this end, the building of Douglas Fir and Cor-ten steel was placed as a bridge across the north end of the pond. The pond itself was enlarged and loosely ordered to integrate with the structure of the residence.
The site plan was choreographed so that visitors park their vehicles 150 feet away. They then walk through the forest to a bridge crossing a small section of the pond, and on to the main entry. The broad vista of the pond offers a compressive release upon opening the front door. It is the hope that this experience will be memorable to the visitor.

Noice Angle

After the design of the project was completed, I was asked to make a quick render for the client. I was playing with different camera angles and I stumbled into this one. I wasn’t really involved in the design of the project, my work mates and project manager were the one in charge.
