Designer & 3d Artist, Nikki Candelero, shares with us today a bit of insight gained during work on a current project. Eduard actually did this stunning sofa designed by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso in 3ds max fully, but then went on exploring making the capitonné with Marvelous Designer and here he shares his process as well as the resulting model and textures. Back in January I featured Ramon Zancanaro’s ‘Second Floor, Block 1…’ work featuring amazing 3d fabrics utilizing an application named Marvelous Designer. Ramon promised to come back and share his 3d Fabric / Cloth workflow using Marvelous Designer with us.
