the “Indian Ocean Resort” project was born out of a simple idea, we produced the images from sketches and this allowed the client to present on a whole new scale.
There is no longer any question of the project being validated, it already lives through these images.

The general idea of the project is that this structure can be completely invisible when not used. it hides under the ground and it basically erects using hydraulics.
Today we share with you our project L’CAIM CENTER. Here we visualized the halls of the community center. As you can see the client has chosen the loft-style for these rooms.
What we consider a very smart decision because it became extremely popular both in the US, where it comes from and in Europe. Loft houses are mainly chosen by creative, freedom-loving people who appreciate practicality, creativity, and minimalism.

The concept of liminal refers to an intermediate state or condition; an in-between moment in which an entity has characteristics of what it is between, but at the same time is separate and distinct from them.
In architecture, there is a tendency to confine spaces by separating one context from another, creating a tangible differentiation. This is a system that works with the “either/or” logic and leaves no room to a “both/and” approach, producing self-contained envelopes.
The liminal stage is a singularity characterized by an ambiguity in its definition. It is a space, which is essentially temporary and transitional. A moment between fixed constants.
