NY Loft Office
We waited almost a year but finally, we can share with you a new personal project inspired by NYC.
An individualist, loft-like office space created in some old refurbished building. The idea was to create a creative space, finished in high-end materials, with many astonishing art pieces and the soul of the iconic city enchanted within it.
We are very proud of the outcome and eager to see your reaction!

The holiday season is finally here — which means it’s time to deck the halls, bring out the Christmas cookies and embrace all things merry and bright. Snow brings a special quality with it.

Apatement House. Norway
The property is located near Oslo, in a green area overlooking the forest.
3 houses of 68 apartments overlook the green areas,large balconies allow you to spend time in the fresh air throughout the year, and large Windows the penetration of sunlight into the apartment.
The expression of the facades of the buildings fluctuates, changing both in rhythm and in the arrangement of Windows, balconies,all of which helps to create a lively building.

Designed to create a pair of contemporary dwellings which are referential to the vernacular but also address the issues presented by the climate emergency.
By embedding a cluster of simple blackened huts nestled into the dunes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the aim is to create an architectural response that is ambitious yet modest : a design that is both contemporary and timeless.
All images are fully CGI, including the context and distance coastlines (with the exception of the birds and people added to a couple of the images) – extensively using Megascans and ForestPack.
