Tara Iti Ocean Suites

The Tara Iti Ocean Suites project was created to showcase the design of proposed visitor accommodation for the recently completed Tara Iti Golf Course in New Zealand.

The Ocean Suites sit within the link land in between the Pacific Ocean and the golf course itself offering high end accommodation for the quests of the course and it’s members

Designed to sit naturally in their dune environment, the Ocean Suites provide curated comfort after a day on the links or in the surf.

The project was completed using Unreal Engine before the advent of hybrid ray tracing and provided a chance to create animation in real time rather than using traditional offline techniques. The project was created working with Architect, Ella Darby and Herringbone Design for interior design and styling direction. The models were largely created in 3DS max before being imported into Unreal Engine. The free form roof structure was created using Rhino and Grasshopper as these model were later used for manufacture.

Outdoor Pavilion

.
The structure made out of metal and wood profiles allows a fast construction and an easy reconstruction on another site that allows enjoy the activities offered by the foundation, never losing sight of the fact that we are in the middle of a park. We will be inside the pavilion, but always feeling as if we were also on a balcony facing the surrounding nature.

Bungalow

Typology: Housing
Status: Realized
Location: USA
Customer (Architecture): Landry design Group
Visualization: Omega Render
Completion Time: 1 month

Classic combined with modern style.
A lot of light and greenery in the spaces of the rooms.
All this distinguishes the bungalows that have been visualized by our studio.
It was important to achieve a special light atmosphere of the interiors. The ceiling of the wooden beams and expensive furniture, luxury and simplicity look great together in these interiors.

Crystal Haven

The prime concept (Architecture) for this project is the Glass Conservatory House by Lorenzo Alvarez Arquitectos, designed as a combination of rural colors of Mexico bringing the best of contemporary and classic retreat ideas thus leaving an unforgettable imagery. The task helped me work with transparency and tranquillity of elements with a lush environment beneath the sky. Since this was a personal project, I had to spare my free time for it and wanted to introduce different moods and landscapes.
I set off modelling in 3ds max. Finding references was crucial and tough. In a while I was able to identify the mood-palette I wanted to work with and chose two views to establish the architectural interests and another two designated for the interiors. To break accustomed narration, I introduced contrasts though varied climatic conditions. Everything was rendered in Corona and finally polished in Photoshop.
