3d animation for the Josephine project (San Antonio, TX, USA) by Provisual.pro Studio.

The Josephine residential complex seamlessly combines traditional North American architecture and brick facades, giving it a unique aesthetic.

The 3D animation perfectly showcases the building’s design and community amenities. Every detail – from the reception desk to the dog washing station, fitness center and rooftop pool overlooking business center San Antonio – helps potential apartment buyers see what it will look like. The courtyard with patio, fountain, bar and seating areas create a harmonious combination of comfort and style.

To creating 3d animation we used the programs 3ds Max, Corona renderer, Adobe Photoshop CC, Itoo Forest Pack, Adobe After Effects, Adobe premiere pro. We also used Anima 4D Scanned People from AXYZ design.

3d animation consists of exterior and interior parts. Also was made camera tracking on the drone shooting, compositing and color correction.

“Terra Cotta” a short film by Yauhen Liashchynski.

Thu Bon River, Dien Ban District, Quang Nam Province / Architecture by Tropical Space

It all started as an experimental project of Yauhen Liashchynski in which his experience in architectural visualization played a crucial role. The fusion of his passion for architectural design and computer graphics led to explore the realm of architectural storytelling through the medium of animation film.
The project inspired by its deep connection to the local environment and culture. The use of clay bricks, reminiscent of traditional Vietnamese furnaces, and the integration of local culture spirit create a unique blend of history and modern art. The studio’s design, with its open exterior and wooden frame interior, allows to interact with nature and sunlight, making it a space for creativity and connection.
Terra Cotta studio embodies a harmonious relationship between art, nature, and tradition, which is truly inspiring.

The short CG film not only showcased the building’s aesthetic appeal but also communicated its sustainable and eco-friendly features as a testament to the harmonious union of architecture and context, spreading the message of sustainable design and innovation to a broader audience.

The Cloche d’Or is a competitive architectural project for the construction of an office building in Luxembourg. The competition was announced by the company Atenor. The office campus consists of four buildings that harmonise with the urban environment of dynamic Luxembourg.

The Cloche d’Or is a project designed to achieve Passive House as well as BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and CO₂ neutral levels.

The 3D rendering of the architectural project was made for the Belgian architectural bureau A2M.
