A series of visualizations we have prepared for the developer BPD for the competition project – Transformation of Cartesius Triangle Utrecht into urban residential area. NS Vastgoed owns approximately 13.3 hectares of inner-city business park in Utrecht with the name Cartesius Triangle. The area has already lost its function as a business park for the railways and in the coming years the current business will give way to a new future perspective.

It’s already here! The sale of exclusive apartments, to which we have prepared interior design and several visualizations, has begun.

Project done for Inwestbud with cooperation with Visual-Arch office.

The idea behind the Ostra Residece project, from the very beginning was to create unconventional spaces that will fit into the unique character of Wilanów. A bold approach to the implementation of the assumptions has resulted in avant-garde architecture, that stands out against the background of premium investments in this area. Each of the apartments has an elevated finishing standard.

We did here interior design, several visualizations (both interiors, and exteriors), and panoramas 360*.
