As many others I had started a personal project to develop my skills, but as other things came up, I quickly forgot about it. Earlier this year (2017) I decided to finish it.
The apartment is part of a building dating back to 1687. It is located in the center of Copenhagen, Denmark.
I noticed the building was being renovated a couple of years back and later found drawings from the company who were in charge of putting these renovated apartments up for sale.
Based on those drawings I decided to give it a go myself.
As a challenge to get better at using iToo’s Railclone, I decided to create all floors, panels and windows with this tool.
I had both great and not so great times doing this project, but it was very fulfilling to create custom kitchens, panels, bathrooms, decorate every room and see the whole apartment completed.

The Meeting Point is an old hangar redesigned as a gathering space for car lovers which combines a car park area, a small museum for Billy Karam’s model cars collection, in addition to an event space at the roof.
