EUPEN VILLAGE

Eupen village is a project consisting of several multifunctional buildings located in Eupen, Belgium.

The buildings consist of residential areas (apartments) as well as public areas (co-working spaces and shops). Various shops are located on the ground floors of the buildings. Special attention has been given to atmospheric and comfortable outdoor public spaces.

The 3d visualization of the architectural project was made for the architectural bureau A2M.

WANTED TO CREATE THESE KIND OF VISUALS FROM A LONG TIME, THIS TIME I FINALLY DID IT.
I CREATED 4 TYPES OF VISUAL : DAYLIGHT, SUNSET, OVERCAST AND NIGHT.

Site Plan Rendering is a type of a bird view when the object is depicted from a great height at an angle of 90 degrees, what is almost perpendicular to the main facility. This type of visualization shows the way the object itself interacts with the environment, how it is arranged in it, and what elements and constructions will be nearby. In addition, it creates fascinating and eye-catching image.

Cafe Loge

“Cafe Loge” is my fourth personal project.
I choose “Cafe Loge” to model it in great detail, create realistic materials and test it countlessly.
I also review my first personal project called “Marvellous House”.
I remastered it and put it inside a glass ball in the corner of this cafe and named it “Marvellous Planet”.

Aquatic center competition – Winner Project

I m glad to have been in charge of this set of renders for the aquatic center in Luxeuil-les-Bains, awarded winning project.
After many years of competitive swimming practice that was my first swimming pool / aquatic center to render for commissioned work.
Full 3d renders except the surrounding trees (and entourage peoples) that are from photography backplates.
