Condo | Common areas

Hi there! We glad to share our new project with ocean view🌊 We used a natural color palette🌿 and brass accents to add some sharm. This project consists of several spaces and we’ll show everything more detailed in the near future. We hope you will like it ❤️

Forprosjekt

We are in love with the Scandinavian style of Tanken Arkitektur and every time we work with projects we get real pleasure from the process and the result. This time we are glad to introduce you to a residential house Forprosjekt.

In terms of illumination, we wanted to capture the momentary feeling of evening flowing into night. Of course such daytime in any case makes images more appealing, but here it was also important for us to show all the home beautification and the lightning layout in particular.

To produce the photorealistic feeling we used high-quality textures as we were attentive to the reflective surfaces of the surrounding objects such as cars and glass. Furthermore, we can enter the house, not actually going inside. All we need to do is to look through the windows and get the general idea of the interior.

Creating the stunning and realistic view of the lake and hilly mountains stretching into the distance, we also allowed ourselves to visualize the neighboring houses on both sides of our facility. Wouldn’t you agree that the image could not produce such a stunning effect if instead we only left white boxes? Such views reveal the harmonious unity of the building with nature and urban environment. Moreover, the image of this view is highly advantageous for the real estate agents working with the potential customers for this house.

Albright Residence

Albright Residence is an example of our standard workflow. We did it in close cooperation with Los Angeles Luno Design Studio.

This villa is a tribute to the Art Deco style. This architectural trend is characterized by the use of elements such as emphasis on the horizontal line, rounded corners, the use of brick or block, and a subdued color palette. Art Deco is the original historical form of architecture in the Hollywood district of Culver City, in which Albright Residence is located.

The facade of the entrance group is depicted in the sunny daytime, which requires special attention to observing photorealism in displaying the light and shadow, as well as the reflection of the street in the windows of the house.

The same applies to the image with the backyard of the house, but in this case we chose the evening lighting with the backlit facade. We visualized not only the courtyard of the villa, but also the interior behind the panoramic windows illuminated by the built-in light of the apartment. We have been working for a very long time to render the lemon tree that we were trying to plant on the wall so that it crawls adorably.

Altos House

this render was conceived from the original design of Duque and Motta AA, I sought in it to bring the mood of the project site, located in Chicureo, a suburb of Santiago. Despite a wide view, with the impression of being inside a pure natural atmosphere, it still has its dense atmosphere, which we usually have in the middle of cities.

PCH Luxury Living

The PCH visualization project was made for Landry Design Group. This interior is a great example of the proportionality and harmonious neighborhood of decor elements as well as minimalistic but expressive texture.

The entire interior is turned towards the panoramic window so that the landscape change and the landscape itself can be seen from any position in the space. Due to the interior of the house, the boundaries between the external and the internal are blurred.

The design of this project is unique in its combination of various approaches. It displays a mixture of different styles but at the same time it manages to maintain a sense of elegance and minimalism. The space around is convex and curved, whilst the interior does not lose its harmony and luxury.

The warm tones are accentuated by small spots of black color and cold dark blue stone. Moreover, the dark accents give the space a graphic look and the sense of depth. The interior is a combination of natural green materials, such as wood and stone.

The abundance of upholstered furniture, chairs and benches creates the feeling of a cozy space for an ideal relaxing holiday with your closest friends.
