I did those images for the Apex Tower project in my job at HTA. The building is a modular building housing students. Because of the modular building concept the building was build in record times and is finished on its location next to Wembley Stadium in London. The neighbouring buildings are also by HTA.
I visualised the project in 3ds max using v-ray as my render engine and photoshop for post production. The buildings where primarily build in Revit.

Small building in Adirondack Mountains
We couldn’t get any photographies from the site . Instead we built surrounding buildings in 3D with Google streetview as reference. Ended upp pretty well, especially in this blue hour light. It’s a pretty flat image with one-point-perspective, but since the architects made some great design work it still got very interesting.
The project was modelled from scratch except a couple of the plants. Having never used Corona I wanted to experiment with the differences between V-Ray and Corona and this was the result. Lit using a HDR + Corona area light. Post was mostly achieved in the frame buffer with a bit of Arion FX and light Photoshop work.
