At 7401 Sussex Avenue, L’Arche brings together housing, care, and community within a thoughtfully designed environment that supports inclusive living.
Serving as a community anchor, the development provides approximately 12,000 square feet of flexible space for administration, inclusive programs, and outreach initiatives.
The three-storey building features 61 affordable rental units designed for individuals, families, seniors, and people with developmental disabilities.
A sense of belonging is fostered through shared living, where people with and without intellectual disabilities experience daily life together, encouraging meaningful connections while promoting accessibility, inclusion, and social integration.
