Simple design, yet a remarkable impact as shown in this great set of photos by Fernando & Sergio Guerra for this House in Melides, Grândola, Portugal by Pedro Reis. I love just about any of FG+SG photography work. Their large skies and high contrast exterior is kind of a trade mark. There is much to learn from this set as well as an interesting story behind the design of this house that was done in a way of architectural competition among three offices.
Simple massing, simple plan, so similar to many other projects I’ve seen by now and yet it has an impact of it’s own. and such a wonderful scenery too!
