Welcome to my new blog, a personal addition to my web presence along side my studio website at www.polytown.com running since late 2005. I’ve been pondering doing this for a few months now and finally got around to actually do it. Many thanks to the great community built by Envato and specifically their ThemeForest Marketplace were i found the theme for this blog.

So, what is it all about?

In this blog I plan to share thoughts & knowledge gained during my daily work that hopefully be useful for all of you 3d visualization artists, architects, designers and anyone else with an interest in 3d architectural visualization. My main area of expertise is the production of photo-realistic still imagery using software such as SketchUP & 3d Studio Max for modeling and V-Ray, Maxwell Render & Fryrender for the actual rendering.

You will probably find here posts about the making of certain scenes, tutorials, new personal projects, freebies, reviews and other random things I am interested in. I might also cover some topics related to web design now that I’m venturing further into this realm.
