I tried several furniture selections from sketchup 3d warehouse and marble material from megascan. After several trials and errors, I have to go with monocrome tone for the building material and slightly warm tone for furnitures.

Started modeling the terrain using Unity 3D and then exported to 3ds max to test landscape materials and textures, next will be modeling the cabin and adding details.
