The cabin sits on a spot with an extremely difficult access but with stunning views. The house can be reached by walking trough a narrow rocky path that has been sculpted into the rock of a cliff. Once you get around the house you have to pass through a little bridge that leads you into the house, which sits on a separate little cliff surrounded by the sea. It has also acces to the sea, thanks to the sculpted stairs that go down to the sea, where a little boat stays.
As a child, I always dreamed about my country house, I thought about every detail of the facade and interior, furniture and decor. And now I have an opportunity to create a dream house. And of course I will succeed!
I always wanted to gather two things i love: 3D and the place where I’m from: Auvergne.
It’s a place shaped by sleeping volcanoes in the middle of France. These volcanoes look so strong and quiet at the same time that putting a cabin on it makes it even more peaceful and inspiring.
I spend a lot of time in In the field of interior designing, but I think that it is time to Benchmark myself in exterior designing, And most important of all I said I want to make my dream.
The idea is to suspend a panoramic cabin on a high cliff overlooking the sea ( Blue Vertigo ). At this Stage i don’t know yet if it will be a single unit ( refuge ) or a patchwork of cabins ( kind of eco-resort ). As an interior designer, i don’t want to create a cabin from scratch, i prefer to modify an existing one (recycling will be a must), so i’m thinking to use ship containers !!! For the location , what about Aegean islands ? At this point , i’m still hesitating for the tools… 3dsMax/Corona or UE4 ? As no animation is needed, I will have a better quality using 3DMax but i like the simplicity and the fun of UE4 landscape editor. Voila !! sorry for my English and let’s try to do that.
