Since I went to Zanzibar I have been pleasantly impressed with the atmosphere and colours of that land. The blue colour of the environment during the sunset is still imprinted in my memory.

My first goal was to make somethings not ordinary.
I started to looking at some reference material and when I saw this photo I was impressed about the mood and the point of view.

I have designed the scene like the reference photo, trying to respect as much as I could the original shape of the buildings and the environment.

I wanted also to create different kind of atmosphere and vibe, this to give the work more contemporary and dramatic characteristic aspect, based on the attacks that New York had to face

It’s properly this aspect that gives the image its name.
The story around this photo is represented by a journalist who is moved away by cops, while taking a picture of a crime scene.

Hope you`ll enjoy it!

With this image I wanted to capture the same vibes that I felt during those days, trying also to focus on the photographic compositions to achieve a satisfying result.
