We took as a basis the real street and cathedral in Brussels, Belgium and try to make full CGI.
It was a team project that lasted 2.5 months between major projects. Each member of the team was involved in the work process.
Fresh visualizations of GH House which was theme on Architectural Visualization Challenge on Ronen Beckerman website back in 2010.
It was a really long time ago and I do not take part in this Challenge, but I thought it will be fun to create new set of visualizations of this building.
All renderings was done using 3ds max and Corona Render. Vegetation was created using Forest Pack (trees models are from builtin library) and GrowFx (tall grass models).
Postwork was done in Affinity Photo. It is pretty neat replacement of Photoshop.

Internal doors are often overlooked as a feature of an interior, with many homes traditionally having white painted doors throughout. We wanted to flaunt alternatives to the norm by using an eye-catching pink finish for this door design. We set the natural lighting from one side to emphasise the raised and fielded mouldings and staged the door flat to the camera. The bedding was simulated with Marvelous Designer and botanical elements added in post production.

A few weeks ago I did this visualization in C4d for a friend of mine. He wanted to rebuild his old office from the 70s and make it a coworking space.
I really enjoyed the project because it wasn’t a classic visualization job.
