Villa Brener (Brener 4 Tel Aviv) render by The Craft TLV

Brener 4

We had the pleasure to craft visuals for a conservation building, designed by an architect whose name is unknown, which currently has five separate apartments.
The architect and clients decided to turn it into a single-family house, with a ground floor and a large garden, an upper floor with a beautiful huge space, and a roof for parties.
The dilemma was whether the living space, living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom would be on the ground, with access to the pool, and the children’s rooms on the top floor, as seems logical.

Or,

Make the children’s rooms on the ground floor, including a small dining area in front of the pool, a vast space with a high ceiling, unique in its beauty, design the living space.
We’ve crafted views to show both options, and the clients chose the second option. Less conventional but more beautiful.

Anatolia project

The 3D rendering services could be very useful not only for exterior architects or interior designers, but also for manufacturers of building materials and construction products.

This project was done for a tile manufacturer Anatolia Tile + Stone. As you can guess from the company’s name, they are engaged in the production of tiles from natural materials. As tile is an essential element of interior design, it is better to portray its harmonious fit with other decor objects rather than demonstrate it individually. That is why it is quite useful when product visualization is integrated in archviz interior.

This hi-tech interior is a successful combination of clear lines and forms with the colors of natural and earthy shades. Searching for the desired result we have rendered several images according to the client’s references.

Kenton Road

We had a chance to work on the set of visualizations of the hotel refurbishment project in the urban tissue of Harrow, London. The proposal respects local architecture and replicates original features within added massing.
The biggest task was to create a feeling of embedding the project into the local urban surroundings. We have focused on replicating the neighboring houses, streets, details to recreate the space as accurately as possible.
