La Fabrica
La fabrica Project by Spanish architect Ricardo BofiII. This is just a 3d copy of the existing complex in Spain. This project has been bothering me for a long time. It amazes me with its magnificence. The complex, once a cement plant, is now an architect's residential building. It includes a workshop, library, gallery, garden and a residential building inside a former factory.

In fact, it is only a 3d copy of the existing complex. I like it for many years already. I haven’t used any other software except for the Corona Renderer and 3ds max to create this scene. Although it is worth mentioning the New ivi generator that I used to create vertical landscaping. It is a really cool and very handy tool.
