model+model Submitted Books Image Winner / Lasse Rode

Congratulations to Lasse Rode for winning the second stage of the model+model Books Giveaway! In the past few days, you’ve been asked to share 3d renders that showcase the use and scattering of books within your scenes. Lasse’s natural books placements, the fact they look great both near and far, and the general look & feel of his work, awards him with a model+model Vol. 06 / Books + the Bookmanager script.

This giveaway turned out to be a bit funny in that previous model+model submitted image winner, Andreas Hummel, won the random stage this time around… Lasse, make sure to enter the next one – you have great chances on the random stage 😉

Big thanks to model+model for sponsoring this giveaway and to all who took part in it… m+m also decided to pick and mention two runner-ups that they liked very much, and award them both with the Bookmanager script and 20% discount on the Books Vol.

Works done by…

pixela :

and yougop :

pixela’s works also showcase a great looking and meticulously arranged bookcase within a study scene while yougop’s image is sharp and has a strong composition, although less of the usual book placement is going on – the result is pretty cool.

So… congratulations to the winners and you can see all the entries on the forums at the The model+model Books Giveaway thread.

See you all on the next Giveaway 😉
