    Default texture practice

This is a practice of texturing, I tried to make a wall and a floor worn and dirty, I would like to finish the scene with night lighting (as in the first render) and diurnal (a cloudy day). In the second render, I show the scene without bump, specular and without lighting so you can see the textures.
The lights of the first render are supposed to be streetlights.
What do you think abuot the lights? Should the streetlights be shown in the render?
How would you improve the scene? What defects you see?
    I hope your help.
    Regards.

I would first suggest to make both of the scenes using an overide material.Get the lighting you want and then start playing with the textures. Also do look for some images on the internet that you will use as a reference.Hope I helped
