2011 Postwork Summary!

Hey all,

2011 is almost up... and I thought it could be nice to sum it up by asking you to share you best works made during 2011 that features...

Your best / most unique postwork in an architectural visualization project

No need to make something new for this one... just seat back and take a look at your hard work made during this year. I hope that we can all share the best of what we made and set it up for a bigger, better 2012!

There is a PSD-Manager license up for grabs to the maker of the best image chosen by the community + several discount coupons to be handed out

Daniel Schmidt the developer of psd-manager summarizes 2011...

first!

i would like to post this piece - i made it in spring this year. it shows a converted lifeguard-station on the island of ruegen in the baltic sea designed by architect ulrich muehter.
it brought me cgarchitect's "visualization pro of the week award" - which i was very happy about.
actually the postwork is not that complicated - i had a much harder time on the sand and the vegetation but the decission to make it a BW - image gives it something special - at least for me.

Hi guys!
These are the images I made for the 2nd CGW competition in 2011.
I spent most of the time working on the postproduction to add details like cracks on the walls, rays of light, glow and environmental fog..

Think this might be my first image post on here, anyway...

The project was one of the winning entries in the 2010 Dutch (BNA) Young Architects competition. I updated it last year in May 2011, it gives a good example of my visualisation development in a year. So beauty render, post in 2010 and post in 2011. A huge amount of post work in this one.
