Need Advice for making, Post work Reel

I am Post Production Artist ( Archi ) works for stills & walk through doing post work in after effects, Photoshop, premiere, magic bullet etc. i just wants to make my demo reel on it, so can you suggest how to build it ? this is my other Compositing / VFX reel Gagan Ailawadi VFX & Compositing Demo Reel - YouTube, best if u can give some post production reel on Architectural. & wants to build before after ( Raw vs post ) images, so how to present it in best way ?
