I am also trying to make renders with lumion of my model for school. But I'm stuck with something. I'm trying to make a puddle to make the floor more realistic, like you did in one of your pictures. Can I ask you how you did this? And also, how did you make the floor so "dirty"?

Thanks for the comments. I just physically built the puddle in the 3D software and used some "dirty" texture to make it feel more realistic.
