how to light ...

So whats the best way to light a building like this, For Day and Night,

for day, How should the windows be , full of reflections, should it be see through ?

for night, do we put a simple light map on the windows, then there's no depth, do we show interior, thats alot of work.

So does any ideas tips tricks on how people do them, please share with me ?
