    Default HOVER Challenge Deadline [UPDATED]

Just so you all know... I plan to push back the final deadline for Hover. So all those of you in the final stretch worrying they might not make it - Relax! you will have the time.

This is mostly due to personal reasons not allowing me to monitor the submission period in the original set time... So it is safe to say that HOVER will not finish sooner then the 31st of October.

Don't get all comfy though! this is the time to push hard and be among the finalists to be considered for prizes... and we have much more of them in this challenge totaling at near 30,000$ in value (first prize being around 7000$)

refresh your memory here - Prizes & Sponsors

It is a good time to get your work material in order too, so that a tutorial will be much more easy to write if you are among the winners :-)

    All the best,

    Ronen.

Do you have an updated deadline as of yet? Also, how do we actually 'submit' the final image? Do you have a particular email address or something like that to send it to and are you wanting the image in a particular format?

Sorry but I do not know how and where to upload the high resolution final image. All websites that I have tried resize it because the image is 8 MB...

I use dropbox as well for that and it's wonderful. Only drawback to dropbox for that sort of thing is that presumably you may need that space down the road since there's a limit to how much you can hold in your dropbox. So whenever you remove the file from dropbox it will destroy the link on the forums.

A tip for dropbox users - use their tell a friend option... you will get more space this way :-)

That is - if your friends do opt in to even the free plan.
