ok. Things have settled at work for a week or two and things aren't nearly as intense at home anymore with the new baby and everyone adjusting to that. This looks like a great challenge and its a little intimidating to see some of the fantastic submissions so far, but I am going to give it my best and see where it goes.

Some images I have looked at quickly...

and my favorite thumbnail from the train this morning rendered a little... might still change but I kind of like it.

had a little time to play this weekend and try to put something together... I might not have the time I thought I did, so I want to really try to put a few concepts together over the next week or two and then get more serious in september...

Wow - looking good! One of my favourites so far. Love the suspension cables.

I love it to. It reminds me of a grasshopper the whole building. Very nice job.

Looks very nice already! The terrain looks pretty crazy, good job on that. Love the idea, it screams 'tension'. The one thing that sticks out, though, is the post that holds up deck on the right side of the hanging part. It's like you put all that work in there to make the whole thing hover without any supports and then someone stuck a post in the middle of it. It detracts from the idea, in my opinion.

Geez Tom... I loved that post man! That's a very valid point, thank you for the feedback... I am thinking of pursuing something along these lines...
