Post Production

Are we allowed to as much post production as we like?. For example adding plants etc in Photoshop. Thanks..

My images are almost done completely in PS. For me "post production" IS "production". I've not had any comments about them not being acceptable. I used Maxwell and Twilight to provide some lighting and reflection assistance. The challenge is called "Architectural Visualization" not "Render software expertise" although the vast majority of work here is 90+% inside the render tool.
