Can you be more specific? by approach what do you refer too - the technical aspect of it... or... ?

Should they be submitted directly to the forum or through a file sharing service?

I'm still working on that.

One option is to open a sub-forum, just for the final images, that will be closed after the deadline and reopened after we process all the images for all of you to comment on further.

Second option I'm exploring is to introduce a submit form that will allow the files to be uploaded to a secure host along with your details. The file submitted via this form and up before the closing deadline will be considered for the judging. This will not allow separate showcasing of the final images and feedback specifically for them though.

Anyway, Instructions will be posted around 2 weeks prior to the deadline.

Ronen, could it be possible for the submission system to be put in place earlier?
I will have to file my finals two to three weeks before the deadline as I'll be traveling in late-Feb/early-March.

When can we start uploading our final images? As there are only 10 more days until the challenge is finished are there any updates for uploading final images? Btw is 5048 x 4536 to big? If so i can scale it down a bit >_>;;

The upload page for the images will be posted on the blog later on today... I'm still testing it can take the load of multiple entries and large files. I'm also upgrading the hosting plan to something faster & better so after all this is done and the site runs smooth and fast i'll open the gates
