Unreachable spaces on the 1st floor?

The image below is a section cut through the first floor. Am I missing something or are these spaces completely unreachable (no doors)? What are these spaces supposed to be?

Here you go... hope it is clear enough. The left most two are storage rooms with separate entry from outside the house. One interior storage for the kitchen integreted into the wall (hidden door) and the right most one is a guest toilet room.
