I love the camera angle; excellent POV and lighting.

I would however reduce the ivy and greenery, especially on the balcony. It's too congested and almost seems uncared for; but that's just my personal oppinion.

to kimaera: yes may be you`re right. I`m also thinking on replacing colored flowers in the left with some fern foliage.
to BBB3: no, it`s not final I wanted to show something what can be disscussed, not just base model with lightning...

Your foliage looks really good, I like the leaf bet at the bottom and that the building is framed by the 2 trees on each side. Nice vibrant colors too, looks good though the rendering could be a bit more clean...
