Default House to Catch the Forest

Hi everyone! I am new in the forums but I have been following Ronen's site for my workflow as I find the stuff here truly amazing and inspiring and hoping I can achieve the same level of 3d artistry that you guys make here..

Here's a recent render that I have produced, it's a concept house by Japanese architect Tezuka.

I will be posting more views soon. Do drop some C&Cs for improvement.. Cheers!

It's a really nice work. I like the environment which looks like entirely done in 3d

Vegetation meshes and materials are well crafted and balanced. Understaturated materials feel very natural on trees. You could improve plants near camera, a touch of DoF could help to get a more photo feel too.

I love it. The natural feel you achieved on the trees is stunning. You must have spent quite a long time on these leaf shaders.

I would second Tolas' comments. Perhaps the grass and the rocks could do with a bit more work. Also, while the image is extremely realistic, I'm not sure the illumination you chose (frontal sun light) best serves the architecture.

Amazing shot! I like the lighting and POV... seems like ants have good cam's today (kidding)

However... there is a kind of 'dust' layer over the image that minimizes the contrast levels i think should have been in such an image. I would also try to let the lantern lights add more light on their surroundings then they do currently. Pin point add-ons, nothing too general.

It will be nice to see some interiors of this house - did you do any yet?

Whoa. I really like what is happening in the interior. I think a little atmosphere for a room with this size would be ok. Good work.

Very nice composition in interior shot. Models and mats could be better.
