Black Living Set by Blackhaus

We're looking for some kind of scene that we could work with a powerful dark color pallet, where the main challenge will be give a good read form to the all elements at the scene.
Than we found this great piece of design, and after some changes we could reach some kind of image that makes us very proud.
This set was made to portfolio purpose.

Making attractive visuals with only one colour is a quiet hard exercice and you mastered it, no doubt

May I ask you what did you use for DOF ? Built in VRay Camera one ? Or any third party software ?

About the Dof, I made all the depth of field into a 2d software ( photoshop ). To a bigger resolution ( the entire set was rendered in 5k) to make the dof into vray camera make the time of rendering impossible to me. Then I just play with the settings in Photoshop, By the way, I used to work with DOF PRO a plugin to photoshop.
