Creating a RailClone Festive Tree

iToo Software has announced their final Tips & Tricks tutorial for 2015. In this 10 minute video they look at how to control randomization and use RailClone creatively with other plugins to create some unusual results. Steel tubing Christmas tree anyone?

“In this festive instalment of our regular tips and tricks episodes we decided to try something a little different so we’ve imagined what a RailClone Christmas tree might look like. I’m not sure I’d trust it near my presents, but our “tree” illustrates some invaluable tips to help you master randomizing values in RailClone. Most of the built-in randomization controls work on a per-segment basis, but sometimes we want to generate a new value for each generator, row, spline section, or spline sub object. In this tutorial we’ll show you how that’s done.”
